How are the selections built?

Each selection is a single formal rule applied to exchange data: a yield threshold, a maturity window, a coupon type or an issuer class. Nothing is picked by hand.

How often do they change?

They are rebuilt from the same catalogue the site uses everywhere, so an issue that stops matching the rule leaves the selection on its own.

Bond screener: ready-made selections

Bonds yielding above the key rateIssues whose yield is at or above the Bank of Russia key rate. The rate and the date it took effect are shown above the table.

Short-term bonds maturing within a yearIssues redeemed within a year. The closer the maturity, the less the price depends on rate moves.

Bonds with a high couponIssues whose coupon exceeds the key rate by two points or more. A high coupon is both income and a risk premium — check who the issuer is.

Floating-coupon bondsThe coupon of these issues follows the rate, so their price falls less when rates rise.

Corporate bondsCompany debt. The yield is higher than on government debt, and so is the risk: the issuer pays, not the treasury.

Subfederal and municipal bondsDebt of regions and cities — between government and corporate debt in both yield and risk.

Government bondsSovereign debt as a whole, including OFZ and replacement issues.
