The terms on which TradeAlmanac provides paid access to the service. By subscribing you accept these terms.
1. Subject matter
This document is a public offer to provide access to the functionality of TradeAlmanac on the terms of the chosen plan. Payment for a subscription constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
2. What a subscription includes
A subscription raises the limits of personal tools (watchlists, alert rules, portfolios, saved screens and reports), enables export of your own data in CSV and XLSX and the advanced screener. The contents of each plan are published on the plans page and form part of this offer.
The public data of the service — quotes, dividends, financial statements, news, the forum and instrument pages — is available without a subscription and is not limited by plan.
3. Price and payment
Subscription prices are stated on the plans page in Russian roubles. Payment is made in advance for the period through a payment agent. The seller is registered under the Russian professional income tax regime, so no cash register is used: for each payment the seller issues a receipt themselves in the «Moy Nalog» service under Federal Law No. 422-FZ and sends it to the email address on the account.
4. How access is provided
Access is provided electronically and requires no delivery. Once the payment agent confirms the payment, the subscription is activated automatically, usually within a few minutes. No further action is required from the user: the paid features open in the same account the subscription was taken out from.
The state of the subscription, the date the paid period ends and the payment history are available in your account immediately after payment. The seller issues the receipt in the «Moy Nalog» service and sends it to the email address on the account.
If access has not opened within an hour of the charge, write to us at the address given in contacts. We will either open access manually or refund the payment in full.
5. Term and renewal
A subscription runs until the end of the paid period. There are no automatic charges: money is taken only when the user places the payment themselves. To extend access for another period, pay for the subscription again — no card is stored and no recurring payments are used.
If payment does not arrive before the period ends, the subscription stops and the account returns to the free plan. User data is not deleted and remains available within the free plan.
6. Changing plan
An upgrade takes effect immediately: a new paid period begins. The remainder of the previous period is not recalculated pro rata. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current paid period — until then limits are not reduced.
7. Refunds
A refund for an unused period is made on a written request from the user in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation. Requests go to the address given in contacts and are considered within 10 calendar days of receipt.
A refund is made by the same means as the payment — to the bank card or account the payment came from. The time to credit depends on the cardholder's bank and is normally one to ten working days from the moment the refund is confirmed.
8. Limitation of liability
TradeAlmanac does not provide investment advisory services, is not a broker, trustee or investment adviser, and gives no individual investment recommendations. The service provides data, calculations and tools; decisions about transactions are taken by the user alone, who bears full responsibility for them. Past results do not guarantee future ones.
Data comes from open sources (the Moscow Exchange, issuer disclosures and others) and may contain inaccuracies or arrive with a delay. TradeAlmanac is not liable for losses arising from the use of the service's data.
9. Changes to the terms
TradeAlmanac may change the terms of this offer and the composition of the plans. Changes do not apply to a period already paid for. The current revision is always published on this page.
