A lot holds 100 securities, and less than one lot cannot be bought on the exchange. At 9.91 ₽ per security the smallest trade comes to about 991.00 ₽.
Over the last twelve months the price stayed between 8.24 ₽ and 12.58 ₽. The range shows how widely the security moved, but on its own it says nothing about whether it is expensive or cheap today: a growing company keeps setting new yearly highs.
The price rose +0.0 % over twelve months. That is the change in the quote alone, without dividends: a holder's total return was higher by the amount of any payouts.
Average daily turnover over the past month is 392,742.70 ₽. The higher it is, the calmer it is to enter and exit with a large amount: on a thinly traded security the order moves the price by itself, and the gap between the buying and the selling price eats part of the result.
Revenue for 2025 was 6,055,256,000.00 ₽, which is 3.8 % less than a year earlier, in 2024. The comparison stays within one reporting standard: IFRS and RAS compute revenue by different rules and are never averaged.
The security trades on level 3 of the Moscow Exchange quotation list. The level reflects how strictly the issue meets requirements on disclosure, size and the issuer's track record.
The issue is available to any investor: qualified status is not required and no broker's test needs to be taken.
The issuer is BashInformSvyaz. It is the issuer that carries the obligations on the security, so its financial condition is what determines the risk of the investment.

A preferred share gives priority in the payment of dividends but, as a rule, no vote. The company's charter usually fixes a minimum: a defined share of net profit or a specific sum per share. It is that clause of the charter, rather than the general dividend policy, that determines what the holder is entitled to expect.
Voting rights return to preferred shareholders automatically if a declared dividend goes unpaid. The mechanism is designed so that skipping a payment does not pass without consequence for the controlling shareholder, and it is the principal protection such a holder has.
On the Russian market preferred shares almost always trade below the ordinary shares of the same issuer. The gap reflects the absence of a vote and thinner liquidity, and its size varies several-fold between companies. With an equal or larger dividend this produces a higher dividend yield — the usual reason such shares are bought.
Both classes of the same issuer rest on the same profit, so their fundamental metrics are shared; only price, dividend and liquidity can diverge.
