About the coin
A synthetic dollar is issued here against mixed collateral: a user deposits stablecoins, liquid crypto assets, or tokenised real-world assets and receives a protocol-issued dollar token, while yield comes from strategies run on the collateral. The settlement and yield-bearing versions of the dollar are separate, so a holder chooses whether to earn interest. The risk sits in the strategies backing the collateral rather than in a bank reserve. FF handles governance and fee distribution.
