About the coin
Quant's task is to connect different blockchains with enterprise systems: the Overledger software layer lets an application address several networks at once instead of building a separate integration for each. Founded by Gilbert Verdian, the project has aimed from the start at banks, payment providers and public institutions rather than at retail decentralised finance. The QNT token licenses access to that layer, and its supply is capped at a fixed ceiling — unusual for an enterprise utility asset.
