About the coin
The World Liberty Financial project issues this dollar token. It follows the classic reserve model: every unit in circulation is matched by dollar assets — cash and short-dated US Treasury obligations — with the reserves held by an external custodian rather than by the issuer itself.
The token circulates on several chains and is issued as an ordinary contract; there is no dedicated infrastructure behind it. Redemption at par runs through the issuer, and it is that route, not exchange demand, that establishes the dollar peg; on exchange the price can drift briefly, and arbitrage by those with redemption access pulls it back. As with other centralised tokens, the issuing side retains the technical ability to freeze an address.
What separates the design from decentralised stablecoins is that all responsibility sits with a single legal entity: the quality of the asset comes down to what the reserves hold, what redemption rights the holder has, and how sound the custodian is.
For any reserve-backed token the key questions are the same: who exactly may present it for redemption and on what terms — a retail holder usually cannot.

Periods from a week are calendar-based, from midnight UTC. The 24-hour figure is a rolling window from the current price — different bases, not a discrepancy.
