A troy ounce of physical silver in an audited vault stands behind every unit of KAG. The holder gets the familiar defensive role of the metal, but with blockchain settlement and the ability to split an ounce into small fractions. The same system runs a gold token built the same way, and both circulate in a shared payment contour with their own fees. Such issues belong to real-world assets, and their reliability rests on vault audits and the redemption procedure.
