An application token on Arbitrum, a second-layer network above Ethereum where transactions cost less and settlement is ultimately anchored to the main chain. By venue classification the project sits among prediction markets and options-style betting.

Instruments of this class work along familiar lines: participants buy shares in the outcomes of a future event, the share price reflects an implied probability, and once the deadline passes the contract settles on the facts — the winning side receives par, the losing side nothing. What separates them from a conventional option is that a smart contract performs the settlement and a pre-declared oracle supplies the source of truth. Liquidity usually comes from a shared pool rather than matching orders, so the price moves along a formula instead of a book.

We do not have enough reliable public detail on this particular protocol's design, so the description stops at its network and its market segment.

For instruments that depend on an oracle, the quality and independence of the settlement price source matters more than the trading mechanics themselves.
