How to read the figures
Market capitalization is the value of all of a company's shares at the current price: the price of one share times the number of shares.
P/E (price / earnings) is the share price divided by earnings per share over the last 12 months — roughly the number of years of current profit the price is worth. It is not calculated for loss-making companies.
P/S (price / sales) is market capitalization divided by revenue over 12 months: what the market pays for each unit of sales. Useful when there is no profit yet.
P/B (price / book) is market capitalization divided by shareholders' equity: below one means the market values the company under its accounting assets net of debt.
ROE (return on equity) is net income over 12 months divided by shareholders' equity: how much profit the company earns on each unit of its owners' capital.
ROA (return on assets) is net income divided by total assets: how efficiently the company uses what it owns.
Net margin is the share of net income in revenue: how much profit remains from each unit of sales.
The current ratio is current assets divided by short-term liabilities: whether the company has enough cash and inventory to pay its nearest debts.
Revenue growth is the change in revenue over the last 12 months against the same period a year earlier.
